Membership

By subscribing to Hot Property Alerts, you agree to these terms. Membership grants access to our private deal alerts and member content. Monthly memberships renew automatically. Annual memberships provide 12 months of access from date of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via the member dashboard. Monthly members lose access at the end of their billing period. Annual members retain access until their year expires.

Investment Disclaimer

HPA provides property investment information and access to deals. We are not financial advisors. Property values can go down as well as up. Members should seek independent financial advice before making investment decisions.
